Warranty and Return Policy
Return Policy:
AMB Tools and Equipment will accept returns of unwanted tools with proof of purchase for up to 30 days without a restocking fee and up to a year with a small restocking fee. Any unwanted tools returned over the 30 day limit but within the 1 year maximum will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customers will need to provide proof of purchase (i.e. sales order number, account number, etc.) Please call us at 1-800-572-2234 (7:30 AM-5:30 PM PST) or e-mail us at customerservice@ambtools.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in looking up your invoice.
Please note the following conditions:
- Merchandise must not have been used
- Merchandise must be in original packaging or container
- Shipping charges in and out are non-refundable
- Special Order Merchandise and Equipment are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy for merchandise less than a year old (Excludes large equipment ( i.e. air compressors, pressure washers, etc)):
AMB Tools and Equipment will warrant its merchandise in accordance with the manufacturers expressed warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Please call us at 1-800-572-2234 (7:30 AM-5:30 PM PST) or e-mail us at customerservice@ambtools.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in looking up your invoice, arranging a UPS pick up tag and getting a replacement item in route. AMB Tools and Equipment understands that many of you rely on these tools so we will make these a high priority and typically ship them back to you within 24-48 hours. In order for AMB Tools and Equipment to expedite these tools back to you we will need your credit card or a PO # if you are on account. Once we receive the broken or defective merchandise back we will credit your account.
Please note the following conditions:
- Any signs of abuse or neglect terminates any warranty.
- Merchandise will either be returned UPS or Common Carrier at AMB Tool and Equipment's discretion.
- Any mode of transport and costs associated with other that UPS Regular Ground or AMB Tools common carrier will be the sole responsibility of the customer !!!
